This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception, it has everything I need. The staff even helped me with bug spray on my first stay. I recommend it!

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The ocean view from our room was stunning, creating a memorable backdrop for our New Year's Eve celebration.

However, the check-in process was slightly slow, which could use improvement.

We had a lovely time enjoying the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and relaxing on the beach access during our stay. The room was tidy and super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 🌊

The oceanfront view is a winner, especially when you get a balcony on a higher floor. Indoor and outdoor pools provide ample options for a swim. There are hoses right outside to rinse off after a sandy trip to the beach.

The room needed a serious deep clean—spotted dirt and a dead roach in the sink raised some alarm. Additionally, the refrigerator struggled to keep food frozen, leading to melted ice cream and a lack of basic kitchenware made cooking nearly impossible.

The room was clean, but the beds were somewhat uncomfortable.

This was just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Carolina Beach with good value for money. The staff was super friendly, particularly Kathryn at the front desk, who made me feel appreciated as a Platinum Elite.
