This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception, it has everything I need. The staff even helped me with bug spray on my first stay. I recommend it!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a beautiful ocean view from the 10th floor and easy beach access right out the back door for washing off sandy feet.

Also, the location is comfy, minutes from a sandy beach.

Compared to other similar sized properties with even larger rooms this hotel offered nothing. It was $75 to $100 per night more expensive than anywhere else we have stayed at Carolina Beach and offered no amenities to speak of. Not even a decent cup of coffee...

Friendly accommodating staff, breakfast buffet was good value for money. Perfect setting and location of hotel. Made a holiday a perfect one

The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The ocean view from our room was fine.

The check-in process was slightly slow, which could use improvement.

The overnight desk person tried to be very helpful with the room Wi Fi. She was your best asset. Very nice beach area.

The eggs weren't warm and it was 6:30 am. The Wi Fi didn't allow me to send my emails. Another guest had same problem. The was no in room menu. The latch on cabinet door covering refrigerator was broken. There were no plastic glasses with the ice bucket. The trash can in the lobby men's room was overflowing onto the floor at 6am when I used it while waiting for the breakfast buffet to open. I was told it opened at 6am, then 6:15am, then it finally happened at 6:30am. with eggs already cooling off. The area surrounding the hotel is a dump.

The staff was nice. I enjoyed the ocean view. The pools were a great way to unwind.

I had to wait longer than expected for my room.

Location of suite. Located away from high foot traffic areas.

Lacked enough luggage carts. Had to wait 30 minutes for available luggage cart.

The location and the view. So convenient and just a short walk to restaurants a bars.

Reservation was the easiest. But the rooms were sort of filthy. .. The carpets were dirty. The air conditioning(at room 405) smells like urine. Our balcony floor were dirty weird stain . the balcony had a sign of not smoking, but we had guess next door to us who. Were smoking! I smell it and saw the smoke. . we had someone. From reception knock in our room at 3 in the morning while we were inside and radio n TV off!saying trat other guess listen noises! Really?. During the day time from 2:00pm until 5:00pm for 2 days we had non stop loud noises,ball bouncing in the walls!and smoking next to us... And when I went to reception to complain about it ... And the answer that I receive very rudely was that there is nothing they could do because that was day time!. So this mean I couldn't. Take a nap or see TV at all...because other have the right to rise hell cause it was a day time but I didn't. Have the right to rest and relax when I fell it!... I don't think that was fair at all!I reserve here because I imagine it would b a pleasant experience base in previous times that I been guess in the Marriott overseas(Panama city,Panama)and tivetdide martiots in Cincinnati's, new York and some others.... This was a very terrible experience in this one! . this is horrible!

I had a frustrating stay with unclean rooms and a poorly maintained pool, making it unbearable despite the nice view.

Very loud doors slamming all hours, loud ac unit, and outdoor meeting below our room for 2 days, Sunday and Monday beginning at 8 am. Heavily stained floors.
